Requiring the use of MINI for approved FMLA related issues
Contractor notifications still not being given correctly.
Short term disability requirements
Number of forces required due to not having the proper staffing levels

Vacation time selections
And the many issues due to Covid and related requirements
SETTLEMENT FOR WRONGFUL TERMINATION REACHED
We are awaiting the arbitration results from the MEAL grievance the date for briefs to be submitted is scheduled to be by January 28, 2022 with the results being given within 30 days from that
