Arbitration Award For Contractor Use At Customer Contact Centers
The parties have reached an agreement with regards to 2017 Arbitration Award for contractor use at the Customer Contact Centers. This settlement has resulted in 35 new positions, 7 promotions within the progression line and an agreement on a ratio of contractor usage vs bargaining unit (more BU less contractors).
