Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This past month, we came to an agreement in regards to the issues we were facing with the shift differential language.  I am pleased to say that with all the discussions we had with management, we were able to work out a way to ensure that everyone received the appropriate backpay for missed shift differential pay.  For questions regarding the proper way to verify your Workday entries, please reach out to your Stewards, Chief Stewards or Business Rep for any assistants you might need.

We will continue discussions with management on the other outstanding issues going forward and we hope to have these resolved as soon as possible.

I would like to welcome Paul Greenwood as our new Executive Board member for Unit 7.   I look forward to working with him and our executive board team.

Local 1600 President Frank E. Graboski has announced his retirement effective April 26, 2024. Per the IBEW Constitution Art. 16 Sec 16 the vacancy shall be filled by the Executive Board until the next regular election. Resumes may be sent to the Executive Board and must be received by March 28, 2024.
