Hello Sisters and Brothers
With the outage season quickly approaching I Just wanted to give an update on the status of the ongoing issues and where we stand on them with Talen
These will be explained in detail once they are completed and gone over.
We have a tentative agreement on the following outstanding issues:
- Double time language for fatigue rule workers
- Change of shift rules
Ongoing talks involving the following:
- Meals
- Floating midnight
- Relief week in Operations
These issues directly above are closing in on an agreed to position as of this news letter.
The issue of shift change has been completed and the membership made whole with payments having already been dispersed.
If there are further developments I will make them known as soon as they are agreed to.
