Happy New Year!
Brothers and Sisters, I hope you all had a great Holiday Season. As we roll into 2024, we are already dealing with storms, snow, rain and high winds, this all adds up to power outages. Whatever your roll is please take the time to perform safely! I believe at this time our plants are all operating to some capacity. We will be meeting with Talen to discuss Montour regarding the conversion to gas and staffing levels. Thankfully we have contract Language that allows us to negotiate or default to Article X in the event staffing levels get reduced. I can assure you we will do our best for everyone impacted.
Our folks from the CCC still continue to deal with billing issues. A meeting was held with several CCR’s and company representatives to discuss in detail the ongoing issues and get everything on the table in an effort to improve the process and better serve the customer. I strongly believe our CCR’s are the best in the business and the best resource to seek improvements to the process.
