Hello Brothers and Sisters. We have the PPL contract and the Borough of Ephrata contract at the Lehigh Valley Print Center which is a Union shop. Once we have the books in our possession, we will get them distributed.
As you are all aware Talen has filed bankruptcy, while this sounds quite alarming it’s a process that is moving forward and so far, has no impact on our workers, pay, benefits or pension. This is not in our control, what we need to do is keep performing safely and efficiently. I do have an attorney assigned to the case to keep us informed on the proceedings.
We are ramping up to start negotiations with Brookfield Energy. We have some tentative dates in June and July.
