Negotiations
We have three contracts we are currently working on for our Members. Safe Harbor and Rentokil are negotiating their first contract. Your negotiating teams are making good progress towards a fair deal.
Talen – Negotiations started June11th and we have dates scheduled through July with the Company. Our next joint session is scheduled for July 8th, 9th and 10th. The following Members are on your negotiating team.
Todd Allen Instrument & Control Technician – Susquehanna, Jim Collins Fossil Plant Control Specialist – Brunner, Gene Durange Sr. Radiation Protection Technician – Susquehanna, Shawn Gaspar Instrument Man – Montour, Theoka Graham Instrument Man – Martins Creek, Chris Lont Plant Control Oper – Susquehanna, Steve McAfee Sr. Radiation Protection Technician – Susquehanna, Ron Webb VP/ABM/Business Representative , Gene Littich Business Representative and myself.
Safe Harbor – Negotiations started February 24th with the Company. We have met several times for joint sessions with our last session on June 5th. We will resume negotiations in August once we lock down additional dates with the Company. The following Members are on your negotiating team.
Chris Skiles Instrument Control & Relay Technician, Brad Herr Hydro Technician 1 and Tyler Reifsnyder Operator Station.
Rentokil – We are working on securing dates in August to start negotiations with the Company. The following Members are on your negotiating team.

PPL
We are discussing other alternatives for Mediations due to the FMCS not currently available due to government cutbacks.
On going discussions with management on staffing, training, safety, employee survey feedback and work life balance.
On June 16th we had our oral argument with the judge at the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in regard to the sick note arbitration. We will keep everyone posted when we receive the ruling from the judge.
